Various chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques are employed for this purpose. Furthermore, the book discusses the biological activity of the isolated compounds, including antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant properties. The antimicrobial activity is validated through established protocols for antibacterial and antifungal bioassays, while antioxidant activity is assessed using recognized methods.
