Nectar of the Hearts is not so much a book about spiritual wayfaring as it is a vehicle for the journey. it is a compilation of notes the author took over the years of sitting with his teacher (sheikh) and structured in such a way to help the reader not only understand Islamic Spirituality but to, it is hoped, taste it for themselves. Sheikh Khalil Majdalawi (May Allah preserve him) mentioned that he would like that these notes be compiled into a single collection and entitled "Raheeq Al-Quloob" (the Nectar of the Hearts) and this work is the materialization of that request. it is prayed that it serves as a tribute to the Sheikh as well as a benefit for the readers.
