Reseña del libro "The Game: Recollections and Reflections of a teen growing up in a small Midwestern town (en Inglés)"
This story is a sequel, of a sort, written after The Whistle Always Blew At Noon. "The" Game is predicated on the recollections of an old man who pines over the passing of his adolescence. As a teen, he was bounced around from town to town and school to school. Taking place in a small southern Wisconsin town, the author expresses his appreciation for his mentors, friends, and classmates. The most poignant theme is about the added value of people who forge relationships, some that go back 60 years or more. Remember when.....?
