Take risks and negotiate new methods and new personality aspirations for yourself. Do not try to change your entire personality, but rather work on some of the roles and structures in your lifestyle that do not fit into God's plan for your life. This will take a lot of faith, prayer, and Bible study. You may feel a little scared or anxious about change in your life, allowing yourself to feel emotions long hidden, exploring new cognitive avenues, doing something new or in a different way, but try it. Identify your problem area, whether it is emotional, cognitive or behavioral. If you change your feelings, your thoughts and behavior will change. If you change your thinking, your feelings and behavior will change. If you change your behavior, your feelings and thinking patterns will change. Our lives are often just like that. We are stunted, inhibited, restrained, and we hold back, but from the time we let go and let God, there is no limit to our growth and spiritual maturity. From the time we let God, through the power of the Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus, remove the obstacles that are inhibiting our emotional, mental, and physical growth and maturity, we enjoy new life, spirituality, and better relationships. There is always room for change and growth.
