Safe job analysis and computing semi-quantitative methods are now covered. Barrier management and HRA methods for offshore application are also discussed in this new edition. The book contains new chapters on dynamic risk analysis and life-cycle use of risk. As supplement to the book, a booklet of problems and a booklet with solutions to the problems have also been developed.
