Human resources is a working field, and I believe it is very hard to put theory into practice. External factors, as well as administrative understanding and perspective, generally move human resources applications away from theory. Companies often define human resources under their corporate structure as secondary or other management. Although this situation is different in some of companies, the common approach in the sector takes this direction. Any manager who deals with humans should understand human resources to manage performance better. In this book, I try to show how to achieve that from a human resources and management perspective.
