This is a story about Mark the Naturopath who works in the biggest Pharmacy joined Doctors Surgery in the heart of the State Capital City. Mark has damaged lungs from a industrial accident and is always on the lookout for respiratory diseases so he can protect himself from them and has a keen eye for noticing what others don't. All of a sudden the pharmacy is getting asthmatics in trouble with their breathing and Mark notices that there is a new flu around that lots of people are also getting. The hospitals start to fill up with asthmatics who take up all the life support machines and all the Doctors attention along with the media while the new strain of flu with a unusually long incubation period quietly goes about its business. Mark soon realizes that the two diseases are the same with different incubation periods. He soon figures that the only way to survive is isolation so heads out of the city to a isolated community where he must use his medical skills to keep himself and them alive. This is a survivors manual for survivors like me.
