Changing species hasn't been the best of moves for Marco, then again he didn't exactly volunteer. Yet, he manages to coast along through life as the Vodja, the Draids' supreme ruler. Only now his brother-in-law is gathering an army to attack him because he wants to be the Vodja. While other forces on the rock conspire to use Marco as their pawn against the Witch who reneged on some deal. In the meantime warships have been sent by the Aristocracy who for some unknown reason decreed this new species of Draids a menace needing to be destroyed. However, it's not all bad news as Marco just discovered the Witch had his best friend changed into a Draid to be his court-sage. Only, the best friend isn't so happy. No, he was supposed to be dead, awakening into the wonders of next-space. So there is a lot on Marco's plate right now. Still, it's just another day as ruler of the rock.
