Finding out Her Howard and the Howard they knew were so different from each other she struggles to make sense of it all. Jason, Howards brother is overbearing and in her face, as much as she wants him to be right about her being pregnant she also wants him to be wrong. At the reading of the will she finds out Howard had Money, a Ranch, a life. It is all hers if she will just go live in the house for a year. Not wanting any of it she declines until she knows for sure she is pregnant. The money will help friends that were in need. She does not want anything for herself, just for her baby. Moving to Texas is a big step but she takes it with courage. One sure fire way to grow up and become independent, is to leave everything and everyone behind and embark on a new adventure. Not much time passes but she realizes just how different Jason is from Howard. Howard is in the background pushing them together.
