The book's four sections focus on the spirit of fear, of power, of love, and of discipline. There are 6-8 chapters in each part of the curriculum. Each chapter includes an introduction to a concept, which is followed with a number of "Digging Deeper" prompts. These prompts encourage the reader to examine the Scripture and then practically apply the truth to herself.
